At RemyRealmBoutique, we take pride in offering high-quality 100% human hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The lace has not been cut or altered
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
• Worn, used, or altered wigs/extensions
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
